Care Pack Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing an Anchor Group Care Pack. Whether you have selected our Platinum, Premium, Remote, or standard Care Pack, these terms are designed to be clear and fair — ensuring you get the absolute best value and peace of mind from your purchase.

Important Notice

All discounts, vouchers, and benefits included in your Care Pack are strictly applicable only to the specific vehicle purchased from an Anchor Group subsidiary. No other vehicles are eligible to redeem these benefits.

• Vehicle Specificity

  Care Pack benefits are tied exclusively to the vehicle detailed on your original purchase invoice. Benefits cannot be transferred to friends, family members, or any other vehicles you may own.

• Annual Cap

  To ensure fair usage, the total combined monetary value of all discounts redeemed under your Care Pack cannot exceed £2,000 per 12-month period. This period begins on the date of vehicle delivery or collection.

• —Your Care Pack entitles you to a 20% discount on vehicle servicing.
• —This 20% discount applies strictly to labour charges only. Parts, fluids, and external third-party costs are excluded.
• —The service discount is only redeemable at an official Anchor Group service centre.

We are proud to offer a Free MOT for life and an Annual Battery Health Check as part of our Care Packs. To keep our workshops running smoothly and ensure you get the best service, the following conditions apply:

• Location

  Both the Free MOT and Free Battery Health Check must be carried out at an official Anchor Group MOT and service centre.

• Combined Appointment

  Your Free Annual Battery Health Check is only valid when booked and undertaken alongside your Free MOT appointment.

• Standalone

  Battery Health Checks cannot be redeemed as a standalone appointment and will be completed on the same day as your MOT.

For Care Packs that include distance deliveries (100-mile, 200-mile, or 250-mile radii) with our money-back guarantee, the following terms apply:

• —The money-back guarantee is designed for your total peace of mind. If the vehicle arrives and does not match the exact description provided at the point of sale, you must return the vehicle with our delivery driver immediately.
• —Providing the vehicle is returned immediately with the driver, we will provide a full refund.

• Duration

  Guarantee lengths vary by pack — 3 mth / 3,000-mile return to base (Care Pack), 15-month Autoguard remote (Premium & Remote), or 36-month renewable guarantee (Platinum).

• Return to Base

  "Return to base" guarantees require the vehicle to be brought back to our specific premises for repair.

• Remote

  "Remote" guarantees such as Autoguard allow for repairs at approved network garages, as per the specific warranty booklet provided at handover.

By purchasing an Anchor Group Care Pack, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Anchor Group reserves the right to amend these terms, provided such amendments do not materially disadvantage existing Care Pack holders.
